Return Of Personalised Goods

Personalised items cannot be returned. Please check your item carefully before placing your order. Once your order is placed, changes are not guaranteed. If you have made a mistake on your order, please contact us at sales@abigailsnursery.co.uk within 24 hours for the best chance of getting any mistakes resolved in time.

Return Of Non-personalised Goods.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will then immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs that occur for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
